New computer, house finch and "Liberty Belle" .....

A blogging friend went out to 'help the economy' this past week, by buying a new computer. That got me thinking it was time for me to do the same things. Bought a new HP Quad Core, 7GB Ram, 600G hard drive with Vista. Haven't done anything with it yet, but plan to start tonight.

This little house finch came to the feeder a couple weeks ago, early one morning. No big deal. But ~ he stayed all day in the same spot, until almost evening. He kept up this routine day after day for ten days. I was worried about him for the first couple days, then stopped worrying and enjoyed the site.

Precious "Liberty Belle" given me one of her looks. God we love this dog!

Not a nice thing to see early in the morning

Woke up this morning to a sight I hate. As I opened the kitchen blinds, I saw that a dove had been killed. I have to believe it was a hawk, that picked him off away from the protective arbor. Maybe even off the bird bath, as the remains were very close to it. :(

Though I did not know Sean personally,

he was relentless towards those

who would hurt a child!

He was very young and passed away

from cancer.

Nadya Suleman

What is wrong with Nadya? She is one sick cookie and deserves to have all these kids taken from her and placed into a normal home, with a mother & father. Her poor mother is begging for help, as she has tried to help raise the 6 children Nadya already has. This has resulted in her mother having to file for bankruptcy.
Nadya has learned the system in this country. She filed disability and sued her employer, receiving $168,000 ... and forgot to give her mother one cent towards the raising of those kids. Then she went on to use that money to undergo 'IVF' FIVE times. One of these times resulted in twins. Oh - and her disability claim was for - what else - a back injury! She also managed to have plastic surgery, wanting to look like Angelina Jolie. THREE of her first six kids have disabilities! Now she has had a litter of EIGHT! I think the doctor is as much to blame or maybe more so. West Coast Infertility Clinic is run by the doctor, who has a not so shining reputation, even before this fiasco. Can you imagine the cost of raising 14 kids? Three are already disabled and who knows the disabilities that await the newborn preemies? Most medical professionals say anywhere from 1-4 million in medical care alone. And who do you think is paying for all of this mess? You and me and the folks in California, who are already bankrupt.
There is now a website up & running where you can go to donate money to her. She has some nerve. There is also an investigation into the home life with Nadya and the clinic who did this. When they were born, all the doctors showed up for the briefing. They acted all smug and proud of themselves. Even admitting to expecting 7 babies and being shocked to have an 8th. You would think that one of these people would think "hey wait a minute, this is going to shock everyone and make many people angry". DIDN'T happen. It only took 24 hours for the sh*t to hit the fan.

Casey Anthony's statement on memorial for Caylee

I miss Caylee every day and every minute of every day. I can't be there for Caylee's funeral, but some day I want to go and visit her grave and tell her how much I miss her.
I allowed my parents to be in charge for the funeral for Caylee. I told them I wanted her buried in a casket and I wanted there to be a gravestone so I could go and visit her. I asked them if there could only be a private funeral for just the family.
I know they cremated her. I still don't want a public event with cameras and everybody around for Caylee's service, but I can't stop my parents from doing what they want. I truly hope that it will help them. As for me - I'm happy & fine, even though I'm still locked up. Jose is something else, and I'm sharing a picture of us, taken at his office, where I used to spend 10 hours alone with him,

A new bill introduced in Congress authorizes the Department of Homeland Security to set up a network of FEMA camp facilities to be used to house U.S. citizens in the event of a national emergency.
The National Emergency Centers Act or HR 645 mandates the establishment of “national emergency centers” to be located on military installations for the purpose of to providing “temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster,” according to the bill.
The legislation also states that the camps will be used to “provide centralized locations to improve the coordination of preparedness, response, and recovery efforts of government, private, and not-for-profit entities and faith-based organizations”.
Ominously, the bill also states that the camps can be used to “meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security,” an open ended mandate which many fear could mean the forced detention of American citizens in the event of widespread rioting after a national emergency or total economic collapse.
Many credible forecasters have predicted riots and rebellions in America that will dwarf those already witnessed in countries like Iceland and Greece.

FEMA Camps & emails .... WTF?

Both of us have been receiving emails and calls about "FEMA" camps all set up and ready to accept as many of this population as necessary. We have followed links for a few days now and to tell the truth, it seems frightening. IF you care to - Google "FEMA camps". There are even Google maps about the camps and their localities. Some sites are the usual scare mongers but other info is flat out scary! Now we see a New House Bill that will change the way ammunition is sold. So - they won't take our guns away ..... They'll just take away the ammo. Everyone talking about government taking control of farms, food manufacturing plants, food stores. Is it necessary to stockpile food? Buying dried RTE meals? Thousands upon thousands of casket liner things, each of which will hold from 2-4 bodies, stacked up near these camps. I saw a video of one stack and it's real.
